At an elevation of 2000 to 3000 metres above the sea level, there is a breathtakingly beautiful junction of Auli, resting in the lap of Himalayas. This skiing hub of India falls in the Indian state of Uttarakhand. The seat of Badrinath Temple, Uttarakhand receives a large number of pilgrims every year. And Auli falls in the route to Badrinath.
